Hotel facilities: This hotel had all the necessary accessories in my suite, including a fridge and a kitchenette. Location: The hotel is located in the most upscale area of this city, which is a great advantage. Staff: The hotel staff was very nice and even spoke some English, making my stay more comfortable. Breakfast: The breakfast provided at the hotel was good and had a variety of options.
Hard to think of anything.

The hotel staff was always very helpful and polite. The location was good: a few blocks away from shops, banks, pharmacies and about 10 min. Walk from Parque de la 93 - a pleasant square surrounded by good restaurants and bars. Not far from it (5-10 min. By car) is another cool area called Zona Rosa, which also holds restaurants and bars but in a more relaxed atmosphere. Some of them are great! There is a shopping mall called Andino there as well.
No heater nor air conditioning in the room. In a city situated 2600 metres above sea level, where it rains constantly during winter and can be quite hot during summer (I was told), these feature would bring a lot of comfort.

Hotel staff was very nice, they even spoke some english. Located on a quiet small street, my suite was well furbished with fridge and all necessary accessories. Plenty of place and peace for sleeping. The best bed and blanket I've experienced in Colombia! Good place for sweet dreams. Walking distance to Zona Rosa.
No heating in room so it was pretty cool during the nights and floors freezing cold but the bed and blanked saved my nights. But heating is *very* rare in hotels in Bogota..

This hotel is located in the most upscale area, close to all the fuzz of the 93. Despite being next to a busy street, we didn't have trouble falling asleep with closed windows. the rooms are spacious and well-furnished, with a kitchenette and comfortable beds. the staff is friendly and helpful, and the breakfast offers a good variety. the area is safe and low-key, providing a quiet and comfortable stay.
Some rooms may need refurbishment.

The room was spacious and had a comfortable bed with great pillows. the staff was very friendly and helpful. the location was perfect as it was close to a popular area with lots of shops and restaurants.
The noise from the busy street outside was constant and made it difficult to sleep. the breakfast was not very good and the coffee was lukewarm at best.

The location of the hotel was great, very close to key tourist attractions and restaurants. The staff was friendly and helpful, always greeting us with a smile. the breakfast was quite good, with a variety of options to choose from and always fresh.
The biggest issue during my stay was the noise. The hotel was located on a busy street, so even with the windows closed, the noise was still quite loud.
